Should of gone this time last year.
Frank Spencer could have won the ECL.

I wouldn't pull the trigger I would offer Moyes a lethal injection instead of a firing squad

tell him to resign say it's family reasons and tell the 🧣 to get someone in

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
I’d sack him if we win 5-0
In fact I’d have sacked him the first time round.
Only a f’king ejit would have rehired this moron after getting rid.

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
Why do people keep banging about who do we replace him with.
Leave that to the people that are responsible I’m sure TS knows - we won’t be short of a few decent candidates.
What you really think we can do any worse?
It was different when we didn’t have the capital on hand.

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
Sully won't sack him so it's all hypothetical. I would have sacked him the day after the day we showed off the trophy in Stratford. Not immediately after winning the Cup, that would have been unfair.

5 loses already after 11 games

20 last season

He's on a downward spiral again this season

Just get rid

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
I'd have sacked him a year ago on November 12th after we lost 2-0 at home to Leicester

If it means waiting til next summer to get the right replacement then so be it but that should be in motion now.

Potter, Gallardo, Villas-Boas, Lopetegui, Conte.

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
Apart from the terrible run of results in the league campaign he's tactically inept and is there another manager in the league that uses less subs in a match.
Anyone with half a football brain would bring on subs to try and change the outcome of a match but Moyes tries to shore it up even when we're loosing
A definite YES from me.

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
His performance on Saturday, when he effectively sabotaged a winning performance in the second half, was nothing short of scandalous. The facts don’t lie - he’s become a toxic liability.

For anyone who wouldn't, would you rather Moyes was here in February, or Paqetta, Kudos or Bowen was?

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
I would have sacked the useless tosser before he was even apppointed.

Sometimes you just need to look at the simple facts that we are worse by some way than Brentford. Brentford FFS !

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
We said lets get a true reflection of where we will be under Moyes after the next 4 games, being Newcastle, Villa, Everton and Brentford. Well now we know, 1 point, 10 goals conceded. I was going to say thank god for the 4 teams at the bottom who cant buy a win or a goal and then two of them actually win their games over the weekend and Forest beat Villa. Real exciting mid-table clash next week between us and Forest, yawn. Just please sack the old jock dinosaur.

Sack this fucking Frank Spencer cunt now. He's single handedly losing us games.

Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
After the loss to Brentford and the wild and reckless gambling on 2 up front, Moyes will have proved his point and revert to his defensive style.

We'll play some rank insipid stuff and pull off a 1-0 win, all will be well again and Sullivan will hit the reset button.

That's the problem. He'll always do Just enough just at the right time in the eyes of those who matter.

El Scorchio 1:20 Mon Nov 6
Re: Straw Poll: Would you sack Moyes if we lose to Forest?
If we lose to Olympiakos and Forest, then yes.

But Sullivan won't fire him until we are out of Europe at least and we aren't really in a lot of danger of going down this season I don't think. So i wouldn't be surprised if he stays to the end of the season.

However the point about the happiness of Paqueta, Kudus, Bowen etc is a very good one. We have some really good players who will be much harder to replace than the manager so if it's a choice between sacking him or losing them, then it's got to be Moyes that goes.

I'd still have had an amicable parting of the ways at the end of last season. I believe that would have suited everyone pretty well and this squad of players would be able to do better things under a new approach from a new man.
